How to manually upload candidates

Walk-in candidates and candidates who contact you directly instead of applying through a job posting must be imported into CareerPlug before you can move them through your hiring process.

To import a candidate into CareerPlug, you can either share the link to your careers page or job posting and ask the candidate to apply online or upload the candidate manually.

Sharing the link to your careers page or job posting

To share the link to your careers page:

1. On your Dashboard, click the Careers Page button in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Highlight and copy the URL of your careers page.

3. Send your careers page link to the candidate and have them apply for the open position.

Once the candidate applies, they will appear on your Applicants page like normal.

To share the link to a job posting:

1. Navigate to your Jobs page.

2. Click the three-dots icon and select Share from the drop-down menu.
