During the setup of your ADP + CareerPlug Single Sign-On (SSO) account, you (or an intermediary who set up your account) may have mistakenly input a temporary or incorrect name for your company. Or you may not have even realized that you had the option to edit your company name during setup.
It's very important that your company name in CareerPlug reflects the company name you want to be associated with your job postings on job boards to avoid negatively impacting your job's visibility. You don't want the first job you post in CareerPlug to reach job boards with the wrong company name or a name that makes your business look fake.
You should verify and, if necessary, update your company name (a.k.a. account name) to ensure your jobs are posted with the correct company name.
To update your account name in CareerPlug:
1. Navigate to Settings > My Organization > Company Profile.
2. Enter an updated Account Name in the field.
3. Click the Save button.
After you update your company name, you'll need to contact CareerPlug's Hiring Expert Team to update the subdomain associated with your careers page. Your careers page's subdomain should reflect your company name, but it does not automatically update when you change your company name.
