By joining this program, you can get a sneak peek at our latest innovations and play a pivotal role in refining our features by providing valuable feedback during development.

What are the benefits of using Labs features?

When you try Labs features, you’ll enjoy:

• Early access to our newest software features before they are released to the general public.
• Having a direct impact on the final form of our software features by offering feedback and insights during the testing phase.
• Priority support and a direct line of communication to our Product team for timely issue resolution.

How do I turn on Labs features in my CareerPlug account?

To find, review, and enable any current Labs features:

1. Click the Account (circle with initials) icon and select Labs from the drop-down menu.
2. Review the description for available features on the Labs page.
3. Click the associated toggle to enable any Labs feature(s) you’re interested in testing.

How are Labs features priced?

While a feature is available via Labs, it may be available at no additional cost.

Once a feature graduates from Labs, it may no longer be included in your current plan. If this happens, you'll be notified in advance, and any prior usage will be exempt from billing.

Your use of these features is governed by our Terms of Service.

What is the status and eligibility of Labs features?

CareerPlug may offer multiple Labs features simultaneously; you must enable each individually. Eligibility varies by feature.

How do I give feedback on Labs features?

Enrolling in Labs offers you a direct voice in the development of CareerPlug features. While features are in Labs, they may undergo new iterations before becoming generally available. We actively encourage all participants to share their thoughts and suggestions regarding usability and functionality.

To provide feedback:

1. Click the Account (circle with initials) icon and select Labs from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the Give Feedback button in the top-right corner of the Labs page.

3. In the Labs Feedback and Help Form drawer, click the Open Feedback Form button.
