Signing in to CareerPlug using ADP RUN's Single Sign-On integration

Note: If you are a new ADP RUN HR Pro user, you must run payroll at least once in your ADP account before you can access CareerPlug.

If this is your first time, your ADP account may not be available for 30-60 minutes.

The ADP RUN Single Sign-On (SSO) integration allows you to seamlessly sign in to and access your CareerPlug account from your ADP RUN account with just a few clicks.

You'll be asked to fill in a few fields related to your company information the first time you sign in, and then your CareerPlug account will be created and ready to use for your recruiting!

How do I sign in to CareerPlug from ADP Run?

Note: This cannot be done from the ADP Run mobile app. It must be completed through a browser.

1. Click the HR tab in the left-hand navigation bar on your ADP Run dashboard.

2. Click the Open CareerPlug tile on your Human Resources page.

3. Click the Continue button in the pop-up.

4. You'll be redirected to the Dashboard of your CareerPlug account.

Note: The first time you sign in to CareerPlug, you'll need to review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI Policy, and then click the Accept button.
