Exclusive ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships included with HR Pro

As a subscriber of the ADP RUN HR Pro bundle, your CareerPlug account includes two reusable ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships. To make it easy for you to take advantage of this benefit, the first two jobs you post in CareerPlug will automatically be sponsored on ZipRecruiter — no payment or action required!

If you have more than two active job postings, you can easily switch your ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships to whichever jobs are your highest priority.

This benefit is exclusive to ADP RUN HR Pro subscribers. If you downgrade your ADP RUN account to any other payroll bundle offered by ADP, you will not lose access to your CareerPlug account, but it will be downgraded to CareerPlug Basic, and you will lose your two included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships.

Managing your included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships

After activating both of your included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships, you'll be responsible for manually managing sponsorships for your active jobs. By default, your ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships will automatically apply to your two oldest job postings.

If you want to sponsor a different job, you'll need to stop the ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorship on one of your active jobs and start sponsoring another job — or you can close one of your jobs with a ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorship and post a new job in CareerPlug.

If you want to purchase additional ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorship, you'll have the option to choose from two tiers, based on your hiring needs: ZipRecruiter Sponsorship and ZipRecruiter Sponsorship Plus.

For the two ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships included with HR Pro:

ZipRecruiter Sponsorship is $0 per day
ZipRecruiter Sponsorship Plus is $8 per day

For additional sponsorship beyond your included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships:

ZipRecruiter Sponsorship is $16 per day
ZipRecruiter Sponsorship Plus is $24 per day

How do I sponsor a job on ZipRecruiter?

This feature is not available for all accounts yet.

If you want to sponsor more jobs after using both of your ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships, you can do so for an additional cost from one of two locations within your CareerPlug account — both of which you can access by navigating to your Jobs page.

From the Jobs page

1. Find the job you want to sponsor and click the Start Sponsoring link under the job title.

If you can sponsor jobs on both ZipRecruiter and Indeed from your CareerPlug account, make sure to click the Start Sponsoring link that corresponds to the right job board.

2. On the ZipRecruiter Sponsorship Options page, select either ZipRecruiter Sponsorship or ZipRecruiter Sponsorship Plus from the Sponsorship Options.

When you sponsor additional jobs on ZipRecruiter after activating both of your included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships, CareerPlug will notify you that your included sponsorships are already in use. Click the View Jobs link within the blue callout box to return to your Jobs page to manage your current ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships.

3. After selecting your sponsorship tier, scroll down and click the Next button in the bottom right corner of the page.

4. Select the Start Time for your sponsorship: Start Now or Start Tomorrow.

Sponsorships are billed for the entire day, regardless of when they start, and there is no prorated pricing. Select Start Now to start the sponsorship immediately or Start Tomorrow to start it the next day.

5. Select an existing billing method (if available) or enter billing details for a New Card.

Note: When you add a new card, all Admin users in your account can use it for job sponsorships on ZipRecruiter. All email communications related to billing will be sent solely to the account owner.

6. Scroll down and click the Sponsor Job Posting button in the bottom right corner of the page.

You just sponsored another job on ZipRecruiter!

From a job's profile page

1. On the Jobs page, find the job you want to sponsor and click the job title to open the job's profile page.

2. Click the Sponsor on ZipRecruiter button at the top of the page — or scroll down and click the ZipRecruiter Sponsorship button on the left side of the page — to open the ZipRecruiter Sponsorship page.

3. Configure your sponsorship as shown above.

How do I edit my ZipRecruiter sponsorship?

When a job is sponsored, it is sponsored for the entire day — there is no prorated pricing. All changes and edits to an active job sponsorship will be reflected the following day. To avoid being charged for the next day, you must stop a job's sponsorship before 12 a.m. Pacific Time.

You can edit your ZipRecruiter-sponsored jobs from one of two locations within your CareerPlug account — either from the Jobs page or the job's profile page.

From the Jobs page

1. Find the sponsored job you want to change and click the Edit link under the job title.

2. On the ZipRecruiter Sponsorship page, click the Change Sponsorship button.

3. On the Sponsorship Options page, select a ZipRecruiter Sponsorship tier different from your current option.

When you upgrade either of your included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships to the ZipRecruiter Sponsorship Plus tier, your account will automatically deduct the $16 difference for the upgrade.

4. After you select a different sponsorship tier, click the Next button in the bottom right corner of the page.

5. Select the Start Time for your sponsorship: Start Now or Start Tomorrow.

How do I stop my ZipRecruiter sponsorship?

When you stop one of your sponsorships, your ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorship doesn't automatically transfer to another active job posting. You will need to manually start sponsoring whichever job you want to take advantage of your included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorship or create a new job posting (and your ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorship will automatically be applied).

How do I view my ZipRecruiter sponsorship billing details?

To see billing details for your ZipRecruiter sponsorship, navigate to Settings > Plan And Billing > ZipRecruiter.

Here, you'll find a summary of your currently sponsored jobs along with details like the Sponsorship Type (a.k.a. tier), the number of Applicants received, the number of Days the job has been sponsored, your Per Day spend, and your Total Spent.

You can see the total Sponsorship Fees across all jobs in your account in the top-right corner of the page.

To review your past sponsorship details, use the drop-down in the upper left corner of the page to select a different month.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Q: How does ZipRecruiter sponsorship billing work?

A: All ZipRecruiter sponsorships are charged a daily rate, recurring daily by default, until you stop them. Your credit card will be charged at the end of each month, or anytime your sponsorship total reaches $500 — whichever comes first. Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Thanks to your two exclusive ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships, you'll only be charged for upgrades to your included sponsorships or additional sponsorships.

Q: How do I cancel my ZipRecruiter sponsorship?

A: You can stop future daily charges by logging into CareerPlug and stopping the sponsorship.

Q: Can I get a refund for my ZipRecruiter sponsorship?

A: No. Once a daily sponsorship campaign has started, no refunds — including partial refunds — will be issued.

Q: Can I have a copy of my ZipRecruiter sponsorship invoices/receipts sent to another email address (e.g. an accountant)?

A: Yes. Submit your request to our Hiring Expert team along with the additional email and we can set up your account to send ZipRecruiter sponsorship invoices/receipts to that address in addition to the CareerPlug account owner.

Q: What happens to my exclusive ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships if I cancel my ADP RUN HR Pro subscription?

A: If you cancel or downgrade your ADP RUN account to any other payroll bundle offered by ADP, you will not lose access to your CareerPlug account, but it will be downgraded to CareerPlug Basic, and you will lose your two included ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships.
