Job boards where CareerPlug automatically sends your jobs

CareerPlug sends all active job postings to our partner job boards (listed below) daily via an API or XML feed.

Due to the volume of job postings submitted to job boards, new jobs may take up to 24 hours to appear in their organic job feed.

If your job posting has not shown up on a job board after 24 hours, it could be due to the job board conducting a thorough quality review to protect the applicant experience. Some job boards (especially the smaller or more niche ones) may also limit visibility after determining that the job you submitted isn’t a good fit for job seekers on their particular website. Each job board has its own algorithmic review process and ultimate authority over the visibility of submitted job postings. Not every job board is going to be the perfect fit for your open job!

*Google Jobs operates differently from other job boards. Instead of receiving XML feeds, Google scrapes major job boards (excluding Indeed) for postings to include in its job feed. Learn more about job scraping here.

Canadian jobs

We post Canadian jobs to the same job boards as U.S. jobs. Some of our smaller job board partners don’t have a presence in Canada, but Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter all do, and our Canadian jobs are listed as normal. Canadian traffic only accounts for 6.9% of all traffic on Indeed, compared with the U.S.’s 54%. This is in proportion to each country’s population. Despite that, Canada has a slightly higher engagement rate with Indeed than the U.S.

If you would like to view the sources where we've shared your job, click a job's title on your Jobs page.

On the job profile page, scroll down to the Applicant Sources section, and click the Automatic Sources tab. These listed sources are those where CareerPlug automatically sends your job — with no action required from you.

If you click the Custom Sources tab, you can view additional sources available for you to share your job posting. We do not automatically share your jobs to these sources.
