Creating a confidential job posting

Some clients use confidential job postings to recruit candidates for positions that are currently filled.

How do I set a Confidential Account Name?

Before you can post a confidential job, you need to set your company's Confidential Account Name in CareerPlug.

1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) > My Organization > Company Profile.

Settings - My Org (Comp Profile highlights)

2. Scroll down and enter your company's Confidential Account Name in the available field.

This name should be specific to the industry of your company but not include your company name. For example, you might use a name like “Boutique Clothing Store,” “Fast Food Franchise,” or “National Insurance Company.” Do not use a name as generic as “Generic Company.”
